What clients say
From 31 Google reviews. A few, word for word:
“Everkleen is the best!! They did an amazing job. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the place to come out as clean as it did. They were on time, worked hard, and paid attention to details that most cleaners would probably miss… The place started as a complete dump and ended in a shining finish.”
“Everkleen has been fantastic to work with. They bring a can-do attitude to every project and consistently get the job done right… Our experience with them has been broad, covering a wide range of job types, and they’ve handled each one with reliability and skill.”
“The crew at Everkleen did a fantastic job Powerwashing and carpet cleaning our home. They also did a great job with bulk trash removal. Everyone from the secretary who we booked with to the workers themselves were extremely pleasant.”
“Best team I’ve worked with. Ever!!”
What we do
Most clients hire us for one and end up using us for several. It’s the same crews and the same equipment either way.
The handoff between built and ready. We come in after the trades and make the space deliverable.
Selective and structural demolition with our own operators and equipment.
Recurring and one-time work that keeps a building in service.
Before & after
The trades finish, the dust doesn’t. We take the space from “just built” to “ready for the walkthrough.”
BeforeAfterTwo Everkleen kitchen turnovers, before and after the final clean.

Why GCs call us back
We started in cleaning and grew into demolition because our clients kept asking. So our sites get cleaned as we go, not at the end.
