General contractors, builders and developers who need a space handed over on a fixed date: a CO inspection, a closing, a tenant move-in, a store opening. You bring the schedule. We bring a crew that knows what an inspector, a buyer or a new tenant is going to look at first.
We also turn over spaces for property managers after a renovation, and clean up for trades who would rather not leave a site the way they found it.
What’s included
- Rough cleanDebris out and dust down once the heavy work is done, so the finish trades start on a clean space.
- Final cleanDust, adhesive, sticker and overspray removal. Fixtures, glass and frames detailed. Floors done.
- Touch-up cleanA last pass right before the walkthrough or punch list, after the last trade has been through.
- Site clean-up & haul-offDebris removal, sweep-down and haul-off so the site is inspection-ready.
- Power washingExterior surfaces, walkways and equipment pads.
